Melissa Marro & Andrew Mayon Complete A Magical Transformation! Home Staging + Professional Photography = Paradise

Well, here it is! My first of three projects with Melissa Marro of First Impressions that were completed last weekend in Charleston, SC. It was a LOT of fun going to a new place, and working with such a talented person like Melissa whose expertise allows my photography to shine.

I know the homeowner was very happy with what Melissa did, and hopefully, my images will help push her investment property over the top with bookings. This property is located on Folly Beach, so if you are looking for an awesome beach rental, this one is it!

WOW!!! This is the first sight of most of these photographs and they are stunning!! I'm sure Beth (homeowner) will be thrilled!

I'm really pleased that the last 2 photos came out so well, particularly the last room, where I hand stenciled the accent wall! thanks for the gorgeous work!

HOLY COW!!! Melissa, you did an amazing job with the transformation. I LOVE the stenciled wall. The condo is so serene. You captured the relaxing and beachy sophisication feeling that condo needed to book it for a year. Fantastic job!!!

Okay.... I just knew this was going to look spectacular. You both did a beautiful job. I LOVE the stenciling and love the towels placed at the end of the bed. I also LOVE the stripes on the wall. Overall - it's incredible.
