Matt came into my office today excited that we were getting multiple-offers on some of our listings. He said he believes the market really may have turned upward. I believe he is right, but it is too soon to be sure. A local appraiser did announce recently that homes under $160,000 in our market only had a 6 month supply. He predicted a possible future shortage in that range. We certainly are experiencing more closings, more offers and multiple-offers on the lower price range homes. I recommend that buyers select their homes now. I'd love to hear what other realtors are experienceing in thieir markets. Could I have some input?
