I am just curious, I am close to purchasing this product as it seems kind of a no brainer idea......HOWEVER, before I do, I wondered, do any of my fellow ARainer's use it?  If so, what sort of response have you had from it and has it helped your business?  If so, how much?  Thanking you in advance for your responses!!!

The technology is fine - it just needs a sign rider with the AM Station to tune to - but very difficult to track results.  How about a toll free number - Proquest, Arch, etc. which gives you the callers info?

Tony, hhmmm...a toll free # sounds interesting too.  Might just look into that as well!  Thanks!

Tish, go  with the 800# if you are thinking that way.  I have been with ART for many years, and they are reliable and the system works great! A lot better than  AM reception that you can't advertise anywhere.  I think the talking phone technology has seen its day long ago......and Ebay is full of sellers trying to unload them.

Tish search the blog comment section in activerain before you jump. There have been several posts on this and it has become an excellent resource for me.

Tish, a clarification on Tony's comment: you need a CALL CAPTURE 800 number to use with the Talking House otherwise people listen but don't call and you lose a prospect you could have had.

I agree with the others, use a 800 call capture number with it.

Talking House is old tech, but it has uses.

People riducule it, but I've been in a model home in a new construction neighborhood where people are cruising around.

I've seen them stop, tune in, listen, and walk in.  We want info without being sold - and we don't cruise with our laptops on the local MLS page.  If the investment is modest, try it.
