I found this site on line and it's awesome for creating brochures!

The hardest part about it is figuring out how to feed the paper in to get the inside matching the outside!  All printers are different so it takes some experimenting. 

A cheap and easy way to create some marketing tools.  It's also great for other industries besides real estate.  You can even create cards, newsletters or postcards.
