Inventory
The number of homes available for sale in East Windsor has remained pretty consistent over the last several years. The total inventory of properties available as of February 2010 was 134 which is an increase of 6.3% from 126 in January, although up 2.3% from 131 properties for sale in East Windsor in February of 2009.
Market Time
