How a waterfront home is seen by; seller, buyer, lender, appraiser, & tax assessor

I saw somthing similar to this a long time ago when I was buying my house, it was not waterfront but I remember it well. The difference is to funny, and almost true.

Now that I am REALTOR, and sell lots of waterrfront homes, I decided to do this skit for our office. It breaks the ice with buyers, sellers, and draws attention at places where I set up my company booth.

I love it! It is great for perspective awakening. According to the Gulf Coast MLS, waterfront sales were kind of hybernating until this recent quarter. How is waterfront insurance in the Hurley area?

Hey Suzi, waterfront in Hurley is pretty scares, but the gulf coast area has not been affected too much. Sellers are holding onto their properties, and buyes are plentful.
