There is a pretty simple way to find whether or not a certain condominium complex is FHA-Approved.
Step 1: Go to Google.com or Yahoo.com and enter "HUD approved condos" or just click here ----> HUD Approved Condo Search Page.
Step 2: Put in "Pre-HRAP/DELRAP" Put in Tract #...if you have a real estate agent, ask them to give you Tract #. If you don't have an agent, call me....then put in your state and select the "ALL" term.
Step 3: Hit "Send"
It's really hit or miss when it comes to FHA approved condo complexes, so you can waste a LOT of time putting in offers if you don't know whether the complex is FHA approved or not. That is, if you're an FHA buyer.
