Help! I Have a Buyer Looking, But the Home of Their Dreams is Not on the Market Right Now, State College and Bellefonte, PA Real Estate

I need your help! I have a qualified buyer looking to purchase a home right now. But the home of their dreams is not on the market right now. They want a home in the Bellefonte Area School District, on a few acres, a little privacy, would be great if it was a log home, but would be willing to consider some other types of houses for the right location, and a stream nearby would be great. They can afford up to $300,000. Do you know of anyone thinking of selling that fits that description? Please let me know! nyssasmith@aol.com
