Renee - more good information for buyers and sellers in a brief, easy to understand format. Any projections?
Love the new photo, BTW.

Your fellow desert rat, Kate
Renee - Looks like Sun City has a lot of communities to offer for the maturing lifestyle of all those baby boomers out there. Love the new pic!
Renee
Sun City Anthem looks like the place to be; hope more solds come about. I like your new picture; very pretty shot and that famous and wonderful smile.
A sellers market did you say? I don't know if I have heard that in two years at least.
Renee - Wow, Some of the home sizes in Sun City Anthem Henderson NV are huge.
From the desk of David Dee,
Renee, looks like the Sun City Anthem areas must be gated community homes. BTW, great photo and hairdo! :D
love your logos....very creative :)
Jeff: It is an age restricted community - it will remain stable to slightly buyers or sellers market. These markets don't fluctuate much. Kind of boring but I wish it was that way with the whole valley !
Kristin: LOL!
Jane: LMAO she would not like that comment if she saw that. She's a teenager y'know!
Kate: Desert rats we are, lol!
Donna: It sure does!
Tom: There you go making me blush again :)
John: Most of the valley is a seller's market! Well maybe not some sectors like short sales but y'know
Michelle: Most are in the mid 1000's for SF!
David: Too sweet, thanks! I would say half are gated or guard gated.
Christina: Thank you!
