11 Pepperbush Lane  Glastonbury Ct $199,500 ,  A Condo worthy of an Emmy Award, Maybe Two

The buyer's agent was frantic on the phone Wednesday night. She needed to get into the condo on Thursday AM so that her client could see it. I was sitting with the sellers at the time getting the key for the lockbox. There were 3 showings on Thursday PM and the owner had to let them in as they hadn't given me the key yet.

The showing was set for 9:00 AM. At 9:30 the agent was on the phone with me letting me know that they would be sending over an offer. She's as direct as I am and the haggling began before anything was put to paper.

She also let me know that her client, her client's mother and she all took photos holding the Emmy Awards.

Valerie, for outstanding salesmanship of course. The seller (husband) works for ESPN on their production staff. He was a major part of a couple of programs that won Emmys for the station and everybody that was involved got their own. He worked on 2 award winning programs in 2003 and 2004

Hey Al & Peg, the buyer found it the old fashion way. She's been looking for awhile and had seen other units in the complex, but this was so well presented that she had her agent call immediately. So the only online presence that worked here were the photos on the MLS
