More good news in the Medford Mail Tribune this morning says Americans are gradually getting back their lost money.  Most of the gain came in stock portfolios.  Their definition of net worth is the value of assets such as homes, checking accounts and investments minus debts like mortgages and credit cards.

Home values edged up .2% this is not much but it is huge in terms of finally heading in the right direction.  The combination of the two will help people start to get back out and spend a little.

The phones are ringing more, spring is coming, and the best time to sell homes is coming.  Feels nice to finally see positive news and I am reading positive articles quite frequently.
