and www.DollaREhomes.com. In addition to these services, we will supply professional lawn signs

and advertising to sell your home. We will put your home in front of hundreds of thousands of

potential buyers.

If participating in the $1.00 only promotion, your property will be listed under the

"exclusive listings" section of the Realty Mark Associates Website, and a lawn sign

provided.

Terms and Conditions:

Client will sign an exclusive Business Relationship Agreement (Buyer Broker contract) with Realty Mark Associates, Inc. and this offer is only valid when client’s Agent is paid a minimum of 2.5% Buyer/Broker commission of the next home purchase.* Client’s Property will be exclusively listed with Realty Mark Associates, Inc. for a minimum of 6 months. If the Listing Agent procures the buyer, then no co-operating commission is due, and the total commission paid by the seller is $1.00.

Realty Mark Associates fee will be $1.00 on the listing side of the commission and client will have the option to pay a 2.5% or greater commission to the Selling Agent or Broker (Realty Mark Associates, Inc. or any other cooperating Broker)

If the listing sells before the next purchase, Broker will charge a full 5% total commission, and will hold the full listing side (2.5% commission) in escrow, and the client will be credited the escrowed 2.5% commission less $1.00 at settlement of the next purchase, as long as Buyer executes an agreement of sale with Realty Mark Associates, Inc. within 90 days of the listing settlement. After 90 days, if the client has not executed an agreement of sale on another property, Realty Mark Associates, Inc. will receive the escrow funds as commission, and the terms of this promotion will become null and void. For every property sold by Realty Mark Associates, Inc., under this promotion, the client will authorize Realty Mark Associates (for marketing purposes) to use and disclose their name, hometown, and the amount of money saved, while maintaining all other privacy. Citizens Premier Real Estate, Inc. reserves the right to withdraw this offer at any time when it uniformly terminates this promotion.
