Smallest Condo Living & Dining Space Ever!

By
Home Stager with Staging Seattle, King & Snohomish Counties

Today we staged the smallest condo living & dining space ever!  It was in the Greenwood area of Seattle

We were so grateful that the rain held off until we unloaded all of the staging items to the fourth floor of this building.  We were in such a hurry that we didn't take any "before" photos, but here is an "after" staging photo of this cozy little abode.

Very nice Diana...this may be a small space but you have succeeded in showing buyers how they can live in this space! Well done!!!

Thanks, everyone!  The black table is from World Market.  The top comes off and folds in half and rests on the base, which also folds.  This is a great piece to store as it takes up very little room.  The woven chairs are also from World Market.  We love making these little places look liveable and cozy!

You inflated the space nicely-loe the art piece over the fireplace.

Excellent job making it feel and function as if the space was much larger.  I love the print above the fireplace too - I have one in inventory. :)

I'm going to be staging a 600 sq. ft. condo this week. The smallest staging job we've ever had. I like what you did with the furniture and layout. It looks larger than it probably is and you demonstrated a very workable furniture layout.

How many square feet is this condo?  The photographs make it look very spacious.  It's adorable.

The condo is 774 square feet with 2 bedrooms and 1 bath. The bedrooms are small, but the kitchen and bathroom in this condo are what I would call spacious for the relative size of the living/dining space.

I have to laugh, but thanks for the inspiration! I'm doing a 700 square foot bungalow this coming week - the smallest we have ever done!

Diana,

I just love what you have done to the condo. The smallest I have staged is 650 sq. ft and they are so much fun and I love that I can be in and out quickly.

Great use of space.  The size of it looks like a Residence Inn.

You did a great job with this one.  You furniture and accessories were in scale with the size of the condo and makes it feel spacious.

Diana- it may be small but you made it "feel" spacious.  I especially like the art above the mantel.  My eye went to it immediately and even though it's a print it still keeps the space simple.  Not a lot a small accessories to "clutter" the small area.

Diana, the space looks great! I love the art over the mantel, too, and that table. I think I need to make a trip to World Market...

It's a good thing that the sellers had it staged, because it would have seemed way too small to most buyers.  You did a wonderful job creating an inviting home!

You sure made it work,  I can see a retired couple or a newlywed couple living very comfortably in that space.

Diana: Great job! How big was the entire condo? That place looks pretty good, compared to a good number of Boston apartments!
