Thanks James! We try to make suggestions for the homeowner to improve curb appeal. As you may know, some may take the advice and others need to have feedback from multiple sources to encourage them to get it done! This seller is very interested in selling and is trying to make the extra effort, ie., power washing the deck and front porch; professional cleaning service prior to the first Open House, etc. When you work as a team --- with the seller --- it is bound to pay off with a sale!
