I just got back form my daily morning walk with my beloved GoldenDoddle Luna. The air was fresh and the wind was blowing through our hair, I felt the wonderful feeling that how great is that I can have such a special time set aside every morning to contemplate and enjoy my life. Luna, was his normal happy self, even though he didn't run into any of his many friends. I guess everyone couldn't adjust to the hour lost.
When I got back and checked my emails i had just received the Dog Whisperer, Cesar Millan's newsletter, in which he was honoring all K9 Veterans.
This brought a feeling deep into my heart, because my brother Vincent, was a Dog Handler in the Marines during the Vietnam War.

March 13th, is K9 Veterans day in which we honor all the K9 Corps along with Police K9s, Customs K9s, Border Patrol K9s, Secret Service K9s, Airport Police K9s, F.B.I. K9s, and other dogs that protect us every day.
