Hi Ellie,

 

I have emailed you about townhomes or possible condominiums.  I just saw this and was surprised to see your name attached.  To reiterate, I am looking for a 3 bedroom, 2 bath, family-oriented location.  I would love to have wood floors, nice windows, a modern place, a modern kitchen.  I just want something really nice.  A fire place, French doors would be an added extra!
