I just got home from a long day to Chicago for a company training. Once again fantastic, this class was called Profit clinic. ie to do with increasing the profit of the company.
Now I am just an agent, so you may wonder what I am doing in this type of venue.
Well there are several reasons. First, We have an Agent Leadership Council(ALC), made up of the top 20% of agents who help make the decisions and drive the company. I am proud a member.
Second, I am part of the profit share, so if I can help grow the company, I will increase my profit share/ residual income.
Third. I know the training will be good. And as always, relevant to my own Real Estate practice
Fourth, the company asked me and paid for me to attend.
SO here are some ahas to share. with my fellow AR practitioners.
Don't listen to others. The market is only down is you let it. In a changing market, you have to adjust, just like the sail on a yacht.
People need to buy and sell, you just need to find the serious ones-and that will take more work than before.
Time Block and call:- past clients, sphere, fsbos, expireds etc.
Chcago traffic is terrible at 5pm. Oh that one is not new!!
And one for the office. Hold productivity events/ competitions, Price reduction days, prospecting days, contact 50!!
Now I am recharged!!
