Our open houses this past Sunday, March 14 were successes. I filmed mine before buyers started arriving and I was glad I did! The traffic was overwhelming and the comments were excellent.
Spring break started this weekend for Austin and brought out buyers arriving in town to look, those having time off who can actually think about moving up or down and agents out showing!
