How do you battle the doldrums? You know when you feel like if you're kicked again you just might not get back up? Or when if one more piece of bad news comes your way you will go bury yourself in your room and cry?
This has been my week. Son #1) Graduated from college and left today for his position in the United States Air Force, I have no idea when I will see him again. Yes, I know the purpose of raising is kids is so that they will "LEAVE", but it doesn't make it any easier.
Son #3) in an attempt to be responsible and mow the grass, pushed a car out of the garage, a manual transmission, he then got out to move something, didn't put on the parking break - yes you guessed it--- the car rolled down the driveway and into the side of the neighbors Mustang. Yes, I am thankful no one was playing in the street, that no car was driving down the street and that no one was hurt.
900 homes on the market, 11 went pending and 9 sold. Nothing much to be positive about with those numbers.
My goal this week - be positive - be upbeat - be confident in my abilities, however, it's hard. My goald this week, find one person I can help.
What about you - what is your secret to keep positive.
