The Wild Side of Tomball, TX

Here are some pictures I took of the Tomball Wild Life at dusk on Saturday night.  The goat is so cute.  It has the most adorable little floppy ears.  My sister-in-law has horses, and she also has goats which she says keep the horses company.

This is the view of the sunset from my office.  This was taken on Saturday March 13th.

Now both the goat and the donkey, mule or whatever he is, are both looking into the flash.  They are not trained very well.  But you can see the goat flicking his ears.

Another sunset picture.  The colors were so vivid that night.

Sunset #2

The daddy was head butting the baby to keep him out of the picture.  A very protective daddy.

Looks like the eyes are very reflective just like cats.

Since you got the "red eye," I'm presuming that you took the pictures with a point-and-shoot camera, which is why I finally broke down last year and bought a DSLR camera. Now I only get the red eye if I want the red eye. There are times, though, such as with some wildlife, when the red eye makes for a cool picture, which I think it does here with the mule.

We had a very beautiful sunset here tonight which is unusual because there were no clouds and no wildfires. I haven't downloaded the pictures off the camera yet.

I like the mule pictures, too. Look spooky. Maybe Vegas Bob sent some aliens to Texas and they got into the mules.
