Still looking for Independant/Assisted Living, Nursing Homes (LAND AND BUSINESS) or hotel-apartment building-student housing community which can be converted I would like to say a minimum of 50 units/beds depending on area or features smaller properties may be o.k. NO RESIDENTIAL HOUSE CONVERSIONS please UNLESS ESTATE or RESORT TYPE .      No loopnet or open publicised properties belonging to other brokers. You can refer or we can share deal but I need answers and deal progression on demand so please no extensive middlemen.   I have a close association with a National company owner and I have a position at this company involving acquisitions and investments. The company agressively needs 500 mill in new purchasing which needs to close within the next 4-6 months.   Thereafter, I still will be involved in their consistant acquisitions. This is not a typical client situation and they are not leaving my association in the near future.       Please contact me by phone or feel free to send info by email.
