Great reminder.  We're seeing a pick up of activity in our area.  Certainly the tax credit is causing some of it.

There is little time left.  Buyers can take advantage of this until the end of April however.  They don't have to close by April 30th, just need to be under contract by then...and then close on the transaction no later than June 30th.
