Does Anyone do Virtual Staging?

I haven't seen it. Frankly, I haven't looked. But I was wondering, in the age of Photoshop, does anyone stage pictures of vacant properties with furniture and decor? It seems like an obvious way of jazzing up a vacant home so that Buyers can have a better idea of what the place would look like with furniture. Anyway, if anyone performs or utilizes these services, I would be interested in hearing about their successes.

Hi David,

That is one of the most innovative questions I have ever heard. Virtual staging is, well, certainly possible. Will you post this over at the Stage It Forward Group and see what Maureen Henry and the others come up with. She is really talented with Photoshop and so is Craig Schiller and many others. I am not.
