At the heart of the community is the Village Center. Set in the naturally wooded rolling terrain, it's a place where stories of the day are shared and adventures re-told. Sterling Life
Sterling Life is a non-profit community support organization whose purpose is to provide programs, activities and services to enhance life in Sterling on the Lake and the community at large, while achieving a legacy of sustainability. Sterling Life focuses on five areas of community enhancement including Education, Cultural, Environmental and Charitable activities.

Hall County Spout Springs Public Library
The Hall County Spout Springs Library, located at the main entrance to Sterling on the Lake, opened in spring of 2008. The entire facility is Wi-Fi, so grab your laptop and find a quiet cozy corner to work or study. The library’s outstanding amenities include a meeting room equipped with two wall mounted LCD screens and a ceiling mounted projector, children's story-time and puppet room, 3 private study areas, 47 public access computer terminals, 3 self-check out machines, private teen area, outdoor screened patio, born learning walking trail and a cozy reading area with fireplace. They also host weekly events and activities for people of all ages to enjoy. Please stop by the Friends Café, located in the front of the library, for a delicious lunch or a cup of coffee before hitting the books. www.hallcountylibrary.org
