The Treasury is now pushing a new program to get short sales moving. This is great news if they can pull it off. With an increasing number of Northern Colorado house listings being short sales and distressed homes, anything that speeds up and streamlines the process of banks agreeing to these types of sales instead of going through to foreclosure is a positive.
