Been reading up on putting your listings on youtube recently, but this is the first AR listing I've seen with a you tube video. Did you put the video together yourself? either way I like it.
I'm curious, if you do this frequently, have you noticed any increase in seo from having listings on youtube?
Hi Kenney, lately I've been adding more youtube videos to my listings. I also upload them onto HouseReel.com ( a place where home buyers can see just real estate video tours ), Realtor.com and other sites ie craigslist, facebook, aol.com, etc. I like adding them to presentations because they're not just still photos zooming in and out and offer home buyers a better view to the home. I found these videos to be a great addition to my marketing arsenal although they do take some time to put together.
Sam, I really like the youtube presentation too. What program do you use to make the "video"? It looks great. I got a Flip video for Christmas but my videos are turning out too shaky and I don't like them.
