I hope not. I try to get back to everyone by cob on the day of their call, even if it is to say that I have not had a chance to get to their issue.
I've always loved the Michael Jackson song "Man In The Mirror" and I agree...we should all start with ourself when diagnosing a problem.

Hey, Liz - Yes, it's a great blue heron. The picture was taken downtown on Shelter Island where I don't see great blue herons very often, so it was a pleasure getting that one on the raft.
