Spokane Washington Market Conditions

It seens that in a matter of 3 to 4 months our market went from red hot to cool. Homes are staying on the market longer thus sellers are getting upset with the agents. Whenever possible we need to inform the seller in every forum that the market has changed due to market conditions in California, Nevada, Arizona and Texas. Thus their home will probably not sell in 1 day, 1 week or even 1 month. Remember not too long ago (3 to 4 years) when the average market time was about 90 days! Appreciation was 1-3% a year! Well we are retuning to that time again.
