Pembroke Falls Update

Pembroke Falls of Pembroke Pines is undergoing significant changes, but for the best thankfully.  Over the past couple of years this pretigious community has not been hit nearly as hard as others in the area with the state of the real estate market.  Yes, there are properties under water and/or have been foreclosed on, but the extent of the damage is not nearly as significant as others where most of the buyers have been investors.  It is still a wonderful place to live and very well kept by comparison.  As a matter of fact, even with the loss of some of these homeowners, our maintenance has gone down, not up.  In addition, we have managed to rebuild our entry waterfall from scratch at no additional cost to the homeowners and it looks better today than it did 13 years ago.  If you are looking to move to the area you should still consider Pembroke Falls, especially since it's just as nice there as it is in Weston, for a much smaller price tag.
