6 Comments on Mission Valley condos, San Diego, California: Friars Pointe
Jim, How many condo units are there in Mission Valley? My family loves the San Diego area and we try to get there at least once a year. You live in a very desirable area.
I thought for sure you would have a fun St. Patty's post going today--- guess I will have to check in with Russel! Kathy
Jim, this sounds like you've got a great bunch of condos there. I love the San Diego area!
Built during the days of Disco and Fluffy shirts. But I'd bet they are still cool by today's standards.
Hi Jim! Very nice post about Friars Pointe.....hope all is well with you and Russel! :o)
Don't forget to let your cat come out to play with all the other ActiveRain kitties. Your cat-friendly dogs can come, too!
If you need a great cat book, get yourself a copy of Peg Silloway's The Cat Lover's Book of Days.

Hey, Wanda - There are 39 major condominium complexes with probably around 10,000 units. Add to that all the duplexes, fourplexes, and smaller complexes with 20 or 30 units.
Hey, Kathy - I don't think Russel had a party either. It's just been hectic. I'm sure Russel will have a NCAA basketball championship party.
Hey, Christine - The condominium inventory seems to be quite low right now.
Hey, Claude - There are very few condominium complexes that are not well take care of.
Hey, Ann - Thanks for stopping by. Russel and I both are having some busy and hectic days. Shouldn't complain, though, right?
