Beef ribs on the Barbie...

I will be doing some ribs on the Barbie tonight. Last night I started marinating them. Just a little stubbs hickery smoke, about 3 shots of Ezra, (Ezra Brooks bourban whiskey)some cheep BBQ sauce and a half bottle of brown beer (Big Sky Moose Drool), then drink the rest of the beer...it's terrible if you save it. marinate them overnight in the fridge. Covered of course. I will grill them using the side infared burner and put them on the other side of the grill...you want to use indirect heat. Cook them for about 2 hours real slowly...If you have a smoke box...fill it with hickery chips. Happy grilling....

Mmmm, sounds nummy!  I'd probably use Shiner Bock, though, for the beer, just out of loyalty.  And why not use Stubbs BBQ sauce, as well?

You wouldn't consider putting this post in the Recipes group, would you?
