The 80's Called & They Want Your Glamour Picture Back!
You know you have seen it before. That all too amazing glamour shot from 1985 framed on a business card made.... Last Week. I don't run into these too often but have you ever seen a business card before actually meeting the person and when you do meet that person you have no idea who they are? Or maybe you think to yourself... Is this the daughter/son of the person I am trying to meet? Been there done that and I think most of us have too.
I have seen some classics anywhere from the high bangs to mullets floating around my office. At one time I was thinking of making a collection of those all too cool business cards but decided if the person I knew saw that they were a part of my collection they may get a little offended.
So the question is... How long should you keep your photo before replacing it?
I have had mine for a few years so by some standards mine is getting old already and to be truthful about it, I don't plan
on changing it any time in the next 6-7 years. It's just too much of a pain to sit down get dressed up, have the light hit you right and smile at the same time.
I will say though for the sake of your own business if your picture is from the 90's you may want to consider changing it and if it's from the 80's it's got to go but if for some reason your picture is from the 70's... all I can say is wow, and congrats I wouldn't change a thing as you obviously know what your doing if your still in business.
I hope not to offend here but only to make a little fun of ourselves on a great day.
