Flowering treesThis year because of heavy snow and high winds many trees sustained  some damage.  On my property the Dogwoods really suffered, many broken branches.  So now I am wondering if it will be a pretty spring.

While I sit here and hope for the best I decided to go through my photos from past years and here is a scene I am hoping to see this spring.

Lori I am in the process of removing the broken branches so I am hoping what's left will still put on a show.

Eric  I am hoping, it will be a great season.  Last year it rained all season; we did not spent much time outdoors.

Our trees are beginning to bloom, but it will be a little while later before the dogwoods come out.  I think we are all ready for Spring!  I'm sure it will be glorious as always. :o)

Mother and Father Nature are pretty resilient when they are working with their own. When mankind gets involved, it's a different story. So I think you'll have a pretty springs!

I don't think I am familiar with the dogwood, does it just grow up north?  The picture looks like a crab apple tree?
