Just saw that another builder's wife became an agent in our area. This is a big trend here in Charlottesville and I believe it is common in a lot of areas.

Seems that there are more medium size builders actually looking to align there properties with a real estate firm vs just an agent (husband and wife team example).

Are any of you working with such relationships?

Seems that it would be beneficial from a marketing stand point.
