The graph shows single family homes in Worthington schools for the past 15 months.  The light green bar is "For Sale"  The green bar is "Sold."  Sales are down  from this time last year, 13.8%.  Inventory is down from this time last year but there is still 7 months of inventory.

Wortington homes for sale a market report  shows just inventory for sale in a different sort of graph.  I really, really wanted to add this post to my site on St. Patrick's Day but due to technical difficulities I was unable to.  I wanted to put it up because it is so green.

Worthington homes for sale neighborhoods

Homes in the City of Worthingon sold in February 2010 or for sale in February 2010  or now included homes in neighborhoods including Colonial Hills, Medick Estates, Old Worthington, Olentangy Hills, Perry Highlands,  Wilson Hill, Worthington Estates, Worthingway and others.

Homes in the Worthington School District in City of Columbus neighborhoods sold or for sale during February  2010 included homes in Brookside Woods, Cambridge Place,  Deer Creek, Lakes of Worthington, Lindsey Woods, Oldstone Crossing,  Olentangy Highlands, Schoolside Village,  Stilson Highlands, The Sanctuary,  Village at Worthington, Western Hills,  Westworth Village and Worthingwoods.

Unincorportated areas with homes for sale and sold in February 2010 include homes in the Worthington Hills and Worthington Estates neighborhoods.  Riverlea is a Village surrounded by the City of Worthington on three sides (kinda) and the Olentangy River on the 4th side.  Riverlea is in the Worthington school district and also has Worthington police and fire service but it is a separate village with it's own government.
