20 Things you know now that you wish you knew then.

Your first broken heart will not kill you.
The world is not black and white, but varying shades of gray.
You can be wrong and still be loved.
There are 2^nd, 3^rd and even 4^th chances.
People can change.
Your parents life is not yours.
Forgiveness really is the easier way.
Life is too short to sweat the small stuff.
How the dishes go in the dishwasher...IS the small stuff.
Beauty does not leave you, it simply re-arranges itself a bit.
Experience is invaluable.
It is not always all about you.
Tolerance and patience are worth learning.
Sometimes not acting is the right action.
Hope is never really lost, just misplaced.
It's OK to be right and let it go anyway.
Humility is not the same as humiliation.
Acceptance is a gift to be given freely and often, including to yourself.
Sometimes strength means showing weakness.
The most important moment you will ever live is the one you are living right now!
