- 111 Kahului Beach Road A-115 Kahului, HI 96732 Harbor Lights Condo minimum was foreclosed upon by the lien holder for the sum of $81,750.84
- 40 Pulehuiki Road Kula HI 96790 was foreclosed upon by the lien holder for the sum of $435,057.92
- 194 Eleu Place Kihei HI 96783 was foreclosed upon by the lien holders for the sum of $443,044.64
- 493 Pio drive unit 206 Wailuku HI 96793 Puuone Terrace was foreclosed upon by the lien holder for the sum of $90,000.00
For a raining day on Maui there were very little in attendance to the foreclosure auction at Hoapili Hale court house.
