Yeah don't move here.

 

Seriously. Don't.

Overpriced.

Bad area.

Hidden fees to the condo association.

Move in and move out fees and an assortment of absurd fines because either they don't trust their own tenants or they aren't satisfied with ripping them off enough yet... Or can't it be both?

I guess there is a reason prices here are plummeting.
