Membership dues update

In an effort to obtain new members and generate real estate sales, the Board of Governors has adjusted the membership pricing.  Effective March 16, 2010, the changes are as follows:

Resident Golf Equity Membership

                        $50,000 (50% Equity)
                                    4 payment plan available
                                                10% due with application
                                                $12,000 due at closing
                                                $11,000 due Oct. 1, 2010
                                                $11,000 due Oct. 1, 2011
                                                $11,000 due Oct. 1, 2012 

              Option 2

                        $35,000 ($100 Equity)
                                    4 payment plan available
                                                10% due with application
                                                $7875 due at closing
                                                $7875 due Oct. 1, 2010
                                                $7875 due Oct. 1, 2011
                                                $7875 due Oct. 1, 2012
