Happy "short sale" Ending

Today was a great day! I finally made it to a short sale closing that I have been working on for awhile. This is not unlike many short sale stories. This one had lots of ups and downs but had a great ending, with a successful closing and a happy buyer. Below is a picture of my friend/client/buyer Roger Kees, pictured in front of his new home. He is a first time home buyer and one of the greatest guys you could ever meet. In a market like this its nice to be part of a transaction like this one. It is truely a diamond in the rough.
