As Real Estate agents we get this question all the time. How do you answer? I think the best answser should be, "Anything you can do to improve the resale value of your home, you should do it. Cost is the next question - We've been going over this ourselves. We tell our clients to keep the upgrades in relationship to the style of the house and neighborhood.
We started last week. The contractor came in and ripped everything out in our master bath. They did this in about 2 hours and then left. Did we see them the next day - no. Did we hear from them - no.
They came back on the 3 day and started getting the walls ready to tile for the shower, but the shower pan is not here so......they left. I will keep a little log going on our Broadmoor Bluff's bathroom remodel.
