Anyone moving to Gainesville Florida?

If you have friends, family or current clients planning a move to Gainesville, FL - I want to be your referral buyer agent!  I love working with buyers, and will take excellent care of your clients.   I specialize in residential real estate here in the Gainesville area.

There are so many different types of homes & condos in Gainesville and surrounding communities.  Homes can be very urban and yet within 10 minutes you can be on beautiful acreage with Grand Daddy Oaks.   So many different Florida lifestyles here! Our largest employers draw a large variety of clients coming to Gainesville.

Being a College Town, yes we have students coming each year. But, that can be under graduates to PHD's.   Gainesville is proud to be home to a medical school, law school, vet school, dental school, along with many other colleges of engineering, construction etc...there can be a huge variety of students.

Gainesville is a great home for working professionals as well.  Our largest employers provide jobs such as the administrators and professors that work at the  University of Florida network.  Which we call it the "GATOR NATION".   We also have a superb community college, Santa Fe Community College.

In addition to the University, another large reason that draws people to Gainesville is the medical network.  We have two large hospital networks.  SHANDS HOSPITAL and NORTH FLORIDA REGIONAL MEDICAL CENTER.  Both of these hospitals generate so many professional transfers to Gainesville.

So if you know of anyone planning a move to Beautiful Gainesville, FL - please give me a call!

Good for her!  I bet you are a very proud parent!  If you know of any parents sending their students here - I can help them find great condo deals.  We have alot of condos for sale (large inventory) and many are offering awesome incentives.
