The Governor's Club - Brentwood TN - Jan- Feb Market Report

The Governor's Club is one of Brentwood Tennessee's most desired, luxury home, gated communities.  It is also one the Nashville area's best golf course communities.  The past couple month's sales have shown things are heating up again in this upscale neighborhood.  Sales of the more moderately sized homes seem to contribute lower average price sales in addition to the recent decline of demand for luxury homes.  If this is the market segment that interests you and you were waiting for the right time to buy, this could be it.  As inventories continue to reduce and we see the market improve, these prices may be your best chance to live in The Governor's Club.
