Renee -If I understand this correctly, more that half of the resales homes listed in Southern Highlands is already under contract. Most of us had been told that real estate in Vegas is impossible to sell. I hope some of these are your listings.

Renee...great report...next time hopefully the sold slice gets even bigger and bigger..impressive chunk under contract already!
