I just LOVE assisting first time buyers with their dream of home ownership!!! And, I was fortunate enough to be able to do it again today with this sought after South Ward location in the heart of Gananoque.
What gave me the greatest feeling of satisfaction was that this was a military family re-locating from out of province. They decided not to live in Kingston as Gananoque is closer to the base than many of the Kingston neighbourhoods. There would be less traffic to deal with and a nice small town environment in which to raise their 2 small boys. The deciding factor was how much more home they could afford for their money!! YAY Gananoque wins again!!
