My Internet stuff is 100% autopilot. Build the sites, seo them correctly and just collect checks every month...I showed ya that! Have you built any yet? Diversification BB..that's the word.

Down here they're giving away houses and so we're flipaholics again. It's like candy from a baby..the money is too easy. The one thing that never changes though is too many incompetents stinking up the joint.

We jumped back in last week and picked up 6 contracts in 4 days. Already have 4 of them flipped..this is too easy if one knows what they are dooing. So when people see what we are doing they ask questions. Had one agent tell me you couldn't sell a house you didn't own...it's absolutely pitiful

When I show agents how they can make mor emoney on a 50k dump than they can on a 300k gated home their jaws drop!

So that was the incentive for the interview. There are so many agents who are screwing up short sales that we figured the easiest way was to simply show them how we can buy all of their listings...then you get the immediate stupidity of "it's illegal"...makes me sick.
