Condo on Lake Carlos

It is uncommon for a home to be for sale in Blake's by the Lakes but as of this week, there is a 3 bedroom/3 bath unit for sale.

Lake Carlos is located 5 miles north of Alexandria and is one of the main lakes on Alexandria's beautiful "chain of lakes". This large lake covers 2,520 acres with a maximum depth of 163 feet. The shoreline consists of rolling glacial hills covered with mixed hardwoods. Carlos is a very popular walleye fishing lake.
