Nashville Home Inspection - Roof Ridge Shingles - What's Wrong with This Picture?
HINT: Another foreclosed home. When do you think the roofer found about that?

ANSWER: The roofer probably found about the foreclosure just before he installed the final roof ridge vent. As a show of professionalism, at least he covered the opening into the house at the ridge. In this case the roofer just hammered down a few shingles and left the rest sitting on the roof. An easy fix, but an ugly testament to the times we live in.
Thank you,

That is just sad. What, and extra 5-10 minutes on the roof could have fixed it right the first time? Ridiculous!
