Active listings There are only eight houses for sale in Lake Hills Reserve on the multiple listing service in. Of those, three are regular sales and five are short sales. There aren't any bank-owned (REO) homes for sale currently. These homes range in price from $300,000 up to $629,900. A year ago there were 20 active listings - which is quite a drop.
Listings in escrow There are 6 homes in escrow currently in Lake Hills Reserve. Of those, four are short sales and two are regular sales. These range in price from $349,900 to $629,000. A year ago, there were 15 homes in escrow. 
Solds 17 homes have sold in the last 90 days in Lake Hills Reserve. Eight were regular sales, four were bank-owned and there were four short sales. The sale prices ranged from $350,000 up to $750,000. The highest priced homes that sold were the two largest furnished models from the Silver Sage community in Lake Hills Reserve- Riverside CA.
