While overall inventory remains lower than demand for single family homes, an increasing number of homes are hitting the market each week. However, we still are at a low inventory point overall with pending sales in single family homes nearly doubling the number of active listings (8 for sale and 15 pending). With townhomes and condos, the trend is almost opposite, with 13 for sale and 7 pending.

More big news for Lynbrook High this week as senior David Liu received 2^nd place (and a hefty $75,000 scholarship) in the Intel Science Contest.
